Once we get the data, we provide you the charges quote according to your nutrition requirements and meal preferences. Once you complete the payment, we pass same requirements to our nutritionists to design your diet plan. The whole process takes around 2-3 days and soon the process is completed we start the delivery process.
If you already know your macro requirements or already following a particular diet plan, just share that with us and we will provide meals accordingly. You can also directly order from our available meal options.
For full month package with dietitian assistance, once we receive your payment, it takes around 2-3 working days to prepare your diet plan and recipes for your meals. Once that is done, your meal delivery will start. For single meals ordered from our meal options, the meals are delivered within an hour.
The price will depend on your dietary requirements i.e. the amount of protein, carbohydrate & fat your body needs as per your fitness goal and daily physical activity. Once we get these requirements by doing your body composition analysis, we will share the package price as per your individual needs.

Yes you can always choose from our available meal options and call/whatsapp us for order. Just let us know your convenient delivery location and time and we will deliver your meal to the same.
Yes we can provide this service, check our monthly packages in Our Packages page. At the same time, we would also like to mention that having only single meal/day as per your dietary requirement and others without, won’t give you any significant improvement in your fitness results.
Yes we deal in pre-payment only. We do adjust for the days that you don’t take meals for. In case such a need arise, we expect you to please inform us at least a day before.

We take care of both – your convenient time and location for meal delivery, while deciding the price quotation of your package. Delivery charges depend on how many separate deliveries you want and to how many different locations you want those.

Yes. There will be around 6 different options for each meal and those will be provided such that no two consecutive days will have same food. We will also consider your food preferences, intolerance etc while designing your diet plan.
The meals delivered will easily last 2 hours more than its expected consumption time. But we highly recommend to consume the next required meal as early as possible. For the meals to be consumed later, please refrigerate them (don’t freeze them) and microwave them just before eating or you can heat them in pan on a regular stove. If not possible to refrigerate, please keep them in cooler environment like your air conditioned room. Never put your meals in direct sunlight.

We’ll ask you for any food intolerance and your meal preference before finalizing your diet plan. We’ll skip all such options in your food and will try to fulfill the nutrition requirement from other sources. Even while ordering our single meals, just let us know about any food allergies/intolerance and we will update the meal accordingly.
In our full month package with dietitian assistance, once we get your body composition data, we will be creating your diet plan as per your body’s nutrition need and your fitness activity routine. We will share same with you so that you would also learn about your nutrition requirements.
