Monthly Package

In our monthly package, we provide result oriented, customized diet food for the whole month. Our nutritionists design your diet plan as per your dietary needs. We take your body composition readings every 3 weeks to check if any update is required in your diet plan, and do that as per need.

If you already know your dietary requirements and don’t need dietitian assistance, you can directly choose from our available macro-rich meal options and we will deliver those multiple times a day to your desired location in Gurugram.

Weekly Package

Want to try our services? You can also take our weekly meal package. In our weekly package, you can choose among various meal options and we will deliver same to your desired location for a whole week. Dietitian assistance is not available in our weekly package.

Please note that for optimum health & fitness improvements one shall follow a diet strictly for at least 2-3 months. Also a regular check in between for your body requirement change, is required. We recommend to choose our monthly plans for best fitness results.

Single Meal

Just want to order a single meal?

Choose from our meal options that are not only clean and healthy but also completes your daily macro-nutrient requirements. If you are already following a diet plan and know you macro requirements, you can directly order our meals and fulfill those. Besides being macro rich, our meals are freshly prepared on your order and don’t contain any preservatives. We do take hygiene as seriously as you do, and pay utmost attention to it while preparing your meals. Our chefs are all geared up with best practices of food industry and we follow all of those while preparing your clean meals.
